Warranty term

Keltec Technolab guarantees its products for a period of 6 months or 1,000 hours of operation, whichever expires first, in cases of manufacturing defects. Also included is the legal warranty period (first 90 days), which begins on the invoicing date, provided that the products are installed and used correctly in accordance with the specifications contained in catalogues, manuals or drawings approved by the customer when developed on a special basis for certain application.

Scope of warranty

The warranty specified here applies only to the repair or replacement of products with manufacturing defects supplied by Keltec Technolab. The warranty for Keltec Technolab products does not extend against design errors or specifications made by third parties.

This warranty is not valid to cover costs related to the disassembly or replacement of products that are welded or affixed in any way to machines, equipment or systems. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external agents of any nature, including accidents, electrical power failures, use not in accordance with specifications and instructions, misuse, negligence, modifications, repairs and installation or testing errors.

Warranty limitation

Keltec Technolab's liability under this warranty or under any other express or implied warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of products as mentioned above.
